Acquisitionr is like a personal junior financial analyst for real estate investors. It monitors the market, and calculates whether or not a property could be a potential opportunity for the user. It does this by calculating the estimated rent, mortgage payments, and other payments. It then makes the decision of whether or not the user could be interested in this property, by using AI to analyze if it meets or exceeds the users criteria and investment strategy. Houses that pass this test, are immediately sent to the users email.

A small project, and put together in a day, but greatly cuts down the time to analyze and scout investment properties.
